   who can use tallee.com?

tallee.com is designed for small & medium-sized merchants.  we use the term "merchant" to refer to online businesses of all types, regardless of whether you are a retailer, service business, manufacturer, or other company who sells products and/or services directly to customers, or through another channel.  no matter what type of business you operate, tallee.com will work for you.  our 'sweet spot' are companies who sell both products & services, as well as those who wish to facilitate repeat business from their customers.

our online merchant tutorial features usability examples for four (4) different types of merchant scenarios --

-- retail business example: Main Street Pet Shop sells pet supplies online, and pet grooming services which can be scheduled online by customers.

-- service business example: Sunrise Hair Salon enables appointments for hair care services to be reserved online, and also sells hair care products online to their customers.

-- business-to-business example: Ready Office Supply sells copy machines, printers, fax machines, ink, toner and other office supplies online.  they also enable maintenance services to be scheduled online for the equipment they sell.

-- manufacturer example: Central Furniture Company is a small manufacturer producing furniture items & accessories, selling them to the marketplace through distributors. Central Furniture does not sell their products directly to customers, but utilizes tallee.com to build relationships with them in other ways, through loyalty rewards, online coupon marketing, customer community activities, and online support.

with gas almost $5 per gallon, how do you plan to deal with reduced customer traffic?  the answer: build customer relationships online.
